House price increases hit record highs in 2021
In Switzerland, the increase in real estate prices broke records in 2021. In just one year, house prices rose by 7.8%. The growth rate for apartments was 6.2%. In 2022, the price increase is expected to continue but it is unlikely to reach the pace seen over the past 12 months.
